This is Camui Gackt, a more recent vocalist of Malice Mizer.

This is his newer look between Mizerable and Vanilla (I think).

He left MM this year, and started on his solo career (with his band, but it seems like the publicity is given to him).

He's forming a new fanclub too. And he's releasing two singles in Febuary..
